Do Not Call Policy
HVAC Service Line is committed to complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry, and applicable state Do Not Call laws.
Consent to contact
By submitting your phone number through our Site or by phone, you consent to be contacted by HVAC Service Line and by the independent HVAC company (or companies) you are matched with, by phone, text message, or prerecorded/autodialed message, regarding your specific request. This consent is specific to the request submitted and is not required as a condition of any purchase.
Revoking consent
You may revoke consent to be contacted at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, informing a caller directly during a call, or contacting us at contact@hvacserviceline.com. Revoking consent with HVAC Service Line does not automatically revoke consent you may have separately given to a matched company; you may need to contact that company directly as well.
Internal do-not-call requests
If you'd like HVAC Service Line to stop contacting you, email contact@hvacserviceline.com with the phone number(s) to be added to our internal do-not-call list. We will process requests promptly.
Scope
This policy applies to communications from HVAC Service Line. Communications from independent companies you're matched with are governed by that company's own policies and practices.
