No obligation
Submitting a request through the Site does not obligate you to hire any company you're matched with, and there is no cost to use the Site.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to submit false or fraudulent requests.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and referral service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of any matched company.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Service Line is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or your engagement with any company in our network, including damages related to the quality, timeliness, or outcome of HVAC work performed by a third-party company.
