How it works

From "something's wrong" to a company on the way

HVAC Service Line isn't a dispatch service or a call center that sends its own technicians. We're a matching layer between homeowners and independent HVAC companies. Here's exactly what happens when you reach out.

01

Tell us what's going on

Call or submit a short online form describing the issue — no cooling, no heat, a new system, a maintenance visit, or anything in between. It takes a couple of minutes.

02

We match you with a company

Based on your location and what you need, we connect you with an independent HVAC company in our network that serves your area and handles that type of request.

03

Talk directly with the company

The company you're connected with will discuss scheduling, scope, and next steps with you directly. HVAC Service Line doesn't perform the work — we make the introduction.

What HVAC Service Line does — and doesn't do

We do: collect basic information about your HVAC need and location, and connect you with an independent company in our network that serves your area and handles that type of request.

We don't: send our own technicians, perform any HVAC work, set pricing for any company, or guarantee a specific response time. Once you're connected, scheduling and service details are between you and the company.
